This year, we’re excited to announce that we’ve locked in our very own private hotel property—exclusively for SunSplash guests!

Just a two-minute stroll from the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, this hidden gem features two sparkling pools, a hot tub, and the perfect atmosphere for sunny days and breezy coastal nights.
This is a privately owned, adults-only property, not a public hotel, meaning it’s available only to our SunSplash guests at a special discounted rate.
As in years past, most guests arrive Thursday or Friday and depart Sunday or Monday.

God I lived in Ft. Lauderdale from 88 to 91 when I was 18 to 21 and loved being their. Sunrise Blvd. was a great place to hang out. I had older guys always hitting on me in their shiny speedos and thongs and that's where I got my affection for them. God to see a great bulge in a pair of shiny thongs or speedos is such a beautiful site.
