Has anyone come across a men's versus of Alphlete work out shorts/compression shorts or tights?

Basically looking for something that is really form fitting with bulge space in the front and deep center seam in the back :)!

Some of the stuff from Ishtar and Brute can be made with a pouch option. I guess that could be close, but haven't seen pictures of their pouches yet. www.ishtarandbrute.com

It's only available for a few of their pants. You can select the pouch on the item's page:

I see that the leggings and the hot pants are available with the men's pouch, but unfortunately not the cycle shorts. They do look great
