Any guidelines for Armoresy sizes?

I feel like I've seen a thread about this before but I can't find it. I'm considering getting my first Armoresy considering how so many of the hot men on here are into it, so I'm finally ready to take the plunge in it. Thing is, I'm pretty sure they have Japanese sizes and their measures in kg and cm are a bit misleading as I don't tend to fit "normal"measurements. I have thick thighs and I tend to get them a bit too squeezed for what "should" fit when I buy triathlon shorts for biking and running. I wouldn't mind not being able to wear them outside of the house if they get too see-through when too stretched, but I don't want to feel like their cutting my blood from my legs Thanks in advance for your suggestions and hints

I think you are referring to a thread I began a few years ago. I wanted Amoresy briefs because so many on here seemed to like them (and looked hot in them) and I liked the see-through nature of them.  I and came here to ask for sizing info. I sized up as recommended and they were still too small. I purchased a second pair after sizing up X2 and even though they fit, they were still uncomfortable. I reached out to support questioning why they didn't have a few different sizing options listed for the US, Asia, and Europe. She replied that the US market  was too small for them to worry about listing US sizes on their web site. (Yeah, complete BS)  Besides the sizing issues and the price, they are uncomfortable. I prefer a seam in the crotch and the Amoresy are flat fronted and just too confining. I would not purchase them again.

Thanks a lot for your feedback ! I did order a pair to test them out. We'll see if they fit and if not if I can return them. I did go 2 sizes up and I'm quite used to "fit" a bit tightly in spandex as I'm a big guy and sports clothing rarely is made for big guys. I had to go to the max weight for my cross country equipment this winter. We'll see how it turns out

I have a couple pieces from them and love them.  Unlike the other guy who replied here I find crotch seams to be a faux pas as the seam doesn't stretch like the rest of the fabric so you end up with something that looks like you're strangling a rat in there.  Amoresy spandex has less stretch than others but I think I have one Draco body suit in L and one in XL and both fit fine.  The swim briefs and thongs can be a little less forgiving so I might go up an extra size. Personally I prefer the thong because I hate a narrow seat that wants to be a thong but isn't and isn't really a full seat either.  It's like butt coverage puberty.  I also have a pair of compression shorts from them.  My verdict in general is that the spandex feels and looks fantastic, probably one of the best in that department but it can be prone to pilling so don't put them in the dryer.  The tailoring could be better.

I think their size chart isn‘t perfect, but it worked out for me.  I am 187 cm, 85 kg, and a little muscular. I ordered Draco and Centurion in XXL. Both fit me well. They‘re very tight around my torso and thighs, which I wanted, but unfortunately a little lose around my forearms and ankles. (Check my photos for reference) According to their size guide, an XXL should fit heights of 175-185 cm and weights of 78-88 kg. I‘m on the upper end of that and I wanted a snug fit, which I got. I wouldn‘t mind if the sleeves and pant legs were a little shorter, but that‘s up to personal preference.
