Any social media experts out there that could help me out?

Hey all, with the upcoming relaunch of Spandex Party (by now v3) I'd love to up our social media game. Is anyone within the community that has worked on managing community or business accounts on Twitter and Instagram? I'm looking for an intro how to create content daily schedules, which tools is a good fit for the job, multi-platform scheduling (Twitter, Instagram). DM me or reply here if you know somebody or can bring up some time for a primer. Important note: I will never use photos and videos or profiles on spandexparty without their consent.
