Anyone familiar with Hiro Gato sizes and measurements?

Hi all, Does anybody have any experience with Hiro Gato and their sizes and measurements? First time buyer here and I would like to know if I have to go a size up, or just follow their size tables. Any advice? Thanks, also from 12345Joop.
