B&B / Hotel recommendations

Hey I'm visiting Welshpool (Wales) this Saturday and I was thinking of staying somewhere in the area for the weekend that are within reach, e.g. Oswestry / Shrewsbury / Kidderminster area, and have the opportunity to wander about in my lycra etc. Any recommendations of a venue I can stay? Clothing optional venues are welcome! Or perhaps there is a gay venue (pub/bar etc) I can go to wearing nothing but my lycra/speedos. Any recommendations? Thanks!
