Briefs that look like jocks

Anyone know of any briefs that are made from the same materials or cuts as traditional athletic jocks but with a full back? Or just anything weird and wonderful. Any suggestions welcome, cheers.

Thanks for the reply, but most tangas are just regular cotton. Just like in the link it is a brief but with jock type materials I am looking for. cheers
