Cam Chat... Empty rooms

What's up w/ cam chat? If I click on entry ( while status showing numerous attendees,) I see an empty room, every time. What's up with that

My experience has been that after first clicking Enter Room, you have to wait for Welcome message before further proceeding to room. Just wait a few seconds. If Welcome message doesn’t appear, go back out and try again.
