Cam Chat timed pop up or time out?

I was wondering is there a way to add a pop up in the cam chat that asks a member if they still wish to remain in the cam chat after being idle for more than say 10 minutes? if they don't click Yes it auto boots them out? The reason I am wondering about this is that I see a lot of people go into the cam chat and never chat. they just go in and Lurk there, or go in and go away from their computer or device that they are using to log in with......
