camchat not working since upgrade to premium membership

Upgraded to premium membership 4 days ago. Webcam no longer works-have looked at settings and all the drop-down boxes are empty so am unable to change any settings. Appearance of camchat page has changed-can't open full profiles of online members in chat, and the word "null" appears all over the page.Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Hi there, So that I can help fix this quicker, please try using a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox). If this remains a problem, please can you use the help function in the bottom left hand corner of the screen (a question mark icon) to send me a screenshot of the error you are receiving as well as what web browser you are using?
