Changing Credit Card Details

Just received my new credit card as my last one is about to expire. Tried to change the details on epoch.com but there's no option to enter a new card or a new expiry date? Do I need to cancel my membership before being able to register my new credit card? seems a bit silly....

Don't you have to update your card info when you renew your subscription?

I'm on a monthly debits ongoing for 12 months and the credit card expires before the subscriptions ends..

Hi there, To change your card on Epoch, please send an email to their billing representative at billing@epoch.com with your Epoch Member ID and card details. You will find the member ID on the email you received from Epoch confirming your payment.
