City tour in lycra

I'm planning to visit a few European cities this holiday . I have an idea to do it in lycra. Sports leggings and running shorts. Has anyone visited like that? I'm curious about any tips.

Hey! Nice idea. But what do you mean with "and running shorts"? Do you want to wear loose shorts over the leggings? This is a no-go.

Long leggins when is quite cold outside and shorts when is hot outside...
