I’ve found the best way to clean mine, like all spandex clothing, is making sure to keep heat to a minimum. Cold machine wash on delicate settings or even hand wash. Then hang/air dry or low heat in the dryer if you must.

I just put them in the washing machine with my other sports kit/underwear, on a 30 degree wash with my normal detergent but no fabric conditioner.

Another idea for cleaning your amoresy suit is to find a dirty spandex guy who is happy buy you a nice clean new suit in exchange for your cummy one, saving you time and effort.
