Whatever you’re comfy with. I wear a metal cock ring for months at a time; they hold everything nicely and prevent the balls from going inside so I have a bigger bulge to show-off in my lycra. My favorite is a leather strap with snaps on it from Mr. S Leather. The snaps let you adjust the tightness and it’s easy to put on and take off.

I’ve never been able to successfully get one on. Probably due to once I slip. Ball through I get hard and cant pull my cock back in the hole. So the extra stretchy ones I have to use
