Consumer Advice for buying Spandex and Avoiding Fraud!

Guys It was about a Year ago, I ordered some lycra spandex gear from a site. after 6 months of not receiving the items and getting a Tracking Number that said items were Delivered, Even though I did not get the items. I contacted the owner, I kept getting from the Owner that I needed to wait. Because the items are coming from Asia. ( china ) After 6 months I told them I was no longer willing to wait for the items. Just kindly refund me. They outright refused. I had to go to my bank and file a Fraud report, I ended up getting my money back. 1 Huge Red Flag! If a Merchant does not take Pay Pal! I highly recommend not buying from them! With Pay Pal, If you do not get your item You get a Refund Via Pay Pal. Pay Pal will take the money from the seller and give it back to the buyer who did not get their item! Pay Pal has Excellent Buyer Protection! 2. Check Google and yelp and any other reviews! If they have a low rating , you might want to avoid them.
