Does anyone PUMP? Advice needed

Do any of you guys pump? I’ve just recently bought a cock and ball pump because I want a bigger bulge in my briefs 🙏 but I am unsure if it’s right or not? I’m an absolute complete novice at this so would appreciate some help. I’ve tried it a couple of times and the tube has just about enough room for everything and feels good when pumped - but I can’t seem to get my balls much bigger even after an hour. Is it the wrong type? Do I need a wider one to get more expansion? What’s the best length of time to get maximum benefit? Cheers Kev
