If we look at Oct/Nov, there is already quite a bit going on at Gran Canaria: 1) Maspalomas Fetish Week and 2) Winter Pride. what do you think, would it make sense to incorporate into these dates already? given it's quite short notice and people already have booked their travels and stays...

From my point of view, incorporating does make sense: I remember that it was difficult to find a venue for exclusive use. Plus, give others a chance to start liking thongs. For me it's too late for this year
