First order from Amoresy on eBay was a failure

So, I purchased a bodysuit from Amoresy directly on their eBay store. The item shipped on 6/13 and took about a week before I noticed that the item was attempted to be delivered to an entirely different city and zip code from what was my eBay shipping address. The shipper UniUni stated Failed delivery attempt returning to the warehouse. (Wrong Address) but the address is at a UPS Store box where I get all my mail and packages. I called UniUni and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I was told they would try delivering again in 10 days. Then on the 28th, it showed REDELIVERED...and again no package. No order and the seller basically told me I was S.O.L! I was told I could go pick up the item at the warehouse which is hours away from me. At lease eBay has a Buyer Protection policy which is what I did. Has anyone had any issues like this when receiving packages from China to USA?

I ordered mostly from their aliexpress store and exept for 4-8 weeks delivery time to Germany everything always worked out, mostly due to getting hung up in german customs I guess...
