First time in a wetsuit

At 12, I was taking SCUBA classes, and it was time for the second open-water class. I had to rent a wetsuit, and when as I tried some, just putting them on gave me a harder hardon each time… Then the one who fit the best was a single-piece wetsuit, so there was no hiding the hardon under the beavertail (what an idiotic concept. Can you imagine, hiding the bulge like that?) I was afraid someone was going to notice, but it seemed not as there was some kinda frenzy as several people were trying wetsuits at the same time… It was the first time I was completely encased in a tight garment (previously, I only had tried my mother’s one-piece bathing suit) and it just felt awesome. So I flexed a bit to see how it fitted as the salesman instructed me, and it felt okay, so I took it off; but I was afraid my raging hardon in my speedo would attract attention so I put my tee shirt over it as soon as I could… So we drove home with all the rented gear. My mother told me to put the wetsuit on to show everyone… Oookay, I put it on, but without the speedo, and I felt nervous because the hardon was back and I noticed nothing else, but no one noticed as I walked around the house... I was kinda sad to have to return it, it was just a rental; I would have worn it many times… I was hooked… I eventually got my own gear, and I would often wear my (full 7mm*) wetsuit in the house and even go out in the street in it. One day, during a snowstorm, I tried it in the snow and when I got home, I was sweating enough from the effort that I had to wash the inside when I took it off… Some 20 years later, one day, we went diving and I noticed that I forgot my speedo at home, so I simply stripped completely to put the wetsuit on in front of everyone and I was glad to have their attention. So from then on, I seldom wore the speedo under the wetsuit. * The water is cold here… Except maybe for 2-3 weeks in the summer where you can wear a sexier wetsuit (or no speedo at all, which I did a few times, of course†). † I was jealous of some other members of the dive club: once, they went to the Caribbean and had booked a boat. When they got there, the owner told them "we’re sorry, we fucked-up, we booked another group. However, they’re okay for you to come along and we won't charge you anything, but the catch is that you have to go naked, like them"… They went anyways and I wish I was there…

I had a similar experience with wetsuits. When I was 15 a friend got me into surfing and lend me one of his wetsuits and fell in love with the fit and feeling of it. A year later I bought my first wetsuit, and used for a few years, either for actual surfing or wearing it inside the house, in full gear with boots and gloves.  It gets steamy sometimes but I love wearing my wetsuit from time to time.

I was always fascinated by the beaver tail suits like in Thunderball.  I knew I'd eventually take a scuba class but it wasn't until my 30s that I eventually did.  Sadly, those suits weren't in fashion here in the States.  I had to settle for a diveskin and bike legged 2 mil shorty.  I did eventually get a freediving two piece suit with a beaver tail which I like to loosen every now and again.
