Has anyone here actually managed to find or make the “right” men’s one-piece?

I have been looking for weeks now and I am honestly surprised how hard it is to find the right men’s one-piece for summer sport. What I want does not even feel that exotic. Basically a sleek, masculine suit for track & field / outdoor training, in a stretchy fabric like lycra or elastane, with a sharp sporty look. But every time I think I found something close, it has one of the same problems again: either it has padding, or it has that front center seam in exactly the wrong place, or the back has no real shaping seam and just ends up looking flat. That is what keeps frustrating me. A lot of these suits seem to get the construction wrong in the places that matter most. I do not want padding. I do not want a front seam that creates that awkward split look. What I actually want is the opposite: clean in front, but with a center seam in the back so the rear has some actual shape. Add a slightly higher-cut leg, wider straps, and a more masculine design, and that would basically be perfect. At this point I am seriously wondering if custom is the only real option. Has anyone here had something like this made, or found a maker who understands this kind of brief? If yes, I would love to know who you worked with and what you had to provide. Measurements, sketches, design mockups, fabric choice, whatever helped. I also cannot be the only one who feels like there are way too few unpadded one-pieces out there that are clean in front and properly shaped in back. Reference image attached for the overall vibe.
