Help identifying this rubber mask

Love this mask I saw on tumblr for the inbuilt eyes. Total enclosure but you can see what you are doing. Can anyone tell me where it came from?

My mistake, maybe they aren't lenses, though they look like they are separate. Maybe just my imagination.
