How to get to TaoBao?

I'll be trying to get into TaoBao because they have so nice gear but its trapped in the shopps iside the platform but I cannot receive any OTP, login through email and is a contant stop to another stop. I have tryed app, website, different devices, different phone number, Alipay.

I recently bought some of those hero suits from Taobao using a proxy called Superbuy.  You paste the Taobao link on their app, pay for the product and domestic shipping to the proxy’s warehouse in China. Once received they open the package, inspect it and send you the pictures so you can verify it if there’s any issues. Then you select your preferred international shipping and prepay any import fees.   For me it took around three weeks from purchase to delivery to my home.
