Improved Home with Faster Loading

- /home is now at least 50% faster than before. Since "Home" is the starting point for many on Spandex Party, I thought it's worth a short thread about the recent improvements there. The feed and filter system has been revamped, so the initial load is much less on the server. this makes the Home much faster. And for those who still using the old /feed: I brought it back and aligned it there as well.
