I would prefer the option to bulk select those that I wish to archive. Like a lot of others I’d be happy just delete. For some reason Gmail gives me archive, but it’s not a thing I would ever use. Here’s a mantra not known by today’s modern people, “if in doubt chuck it out”.
Forgive me it summarises my desire for a clutter free life. Where did I hear it first? I was 18 and it was one of my first bosses in a logistics role in the late 1970’s. How that phrase has stuck in my head. Thanks for listening to my ramblings
Forgive me for “going on”.
Just trying to archive my conversations so I have a select few to concentrate on. But.. what’s happening now as I delete from inbox my messages from over 5 years ago slip back into visibility at the bottom of the inbox.
I appear to have chatted to everyone! From guys that haven’t been logged on for over 5 years to guys that have been on yesterday. I'd just love that delete opportunity rather than a constant battle of faffing.
