Kangtiliu zentai - production delays?

I put in an order for two Kangtiliu zentais through Superbuy over 2 months ago. The seller reached out to ask for my measurements, which I sent back immediately. Since then, I haven't heard anything; and the Superbuy agents have also told me they have reached out but not received any reply. Has anyone else encountered this issue lately?

I have ordered from Kangtiliu via Superbuy too and after sending the measurements it was about 4 months of silence before the suit suddenly arrived. But that was a few years ago and I hadn't tried to contact them or Superbuy in that time.
