Lycra tights meeting

I connected online with a guy who shared my interest in shiny lycra, so we swapped numbers and started chatting and sharing photos wearing lycra tights. We chatted almost every day for two weeks and arranged to meet locally for a walk and a coffee, and if we got on well to go back to my place for some fun. He lives about an hour from me, and messaged me on the morning of the meeting asking if I was dressed in lycra yet which was nice. But the messages continued 30 mins before the scheduled meeting time, so I thought he can't be driving and texting - he said he hadn't left yet and would be 45 mins late. He kept asking me to send photos, but assured me he was on his way. I was all ready to go, dressed in skintight thin black lycra leggings that left nothing to the imagination. It was a sunny day so they would really shine! His messages continued, saying he was wearing lycra tights too, with another pair underneath. Then said there was traffic and he would be delayed an extra hour. How long would you guys wait for a date running late, do you think I was being spammed? After 2.5 hours I kinda gave up and went for a walk (still in my lycra tights and short t-shirt) through my local park. It was pretty busy and there was a footy match on, and I got plenty of looks. One guy walking his dog looked very interested in my bulge. As a normally shy guy, It felt quite liberating my neighbours a view of my shiny gear. Sadly nothing else happened. After 4 hours, the guy I was meant to meet texted to say he wanted to cook me dinner to apologize for being late, so had gone to the supermarket to buy food. Then after 6 hours said his car had broken down. He asked to meet me another time, should I give him another chance?

Hey there. I'm sorry that happened to you.  Thinking the best of him, he might have got shy or nervous, but I keeping you waiting repeatedly like he did is a bit of a red flag. If he is genuinely apologetic and you feel like you'd like to try again, he really must make all the effort to come to you. You deserve it (and are hot btw!)

Asking for more pics when he should’ve been on his way or with you is a big red flag. To me it shows he’s not thinking with his 🧠 but his 🍆.  Agree with last comment that if you decide to give another chance then he needs to make all the effort!

Yeah, sounds way off for me. I personally wouldn't waste any effort to setting up another meet, but if he truly wants to hook up again, let him come to you, and set your mind to a "if he shows, good, if not, also okay" state, so you aren't disappointed if he screws you again.

Nope!!! I would not meet this guy or at least would not set up another meeting. He is going to disappoint!

Naw. He's giving you the run around. He's getting off on the adrenaline of potentially meeting. He's not actually gonna show. I hate when this happens.  But good on you for showing up and showing your gear to the public. We need more guys like you. 👍🏻

No. Absolutely not. People prioritize the things and people that are important to them. If he thought so little of you as to be unprepared for your date, demand photos of you, and feed you a steady stream of feeble excuses, it's MOST unlikely he will improve his behavior. First impressions matter. And, when people show you who they are, believe them the first time.  This guy was playing some bizarre game with you for his own twisted amusement. Please don't subject yourself to that kind of treatment again. You deserve better.
