Meet up in cycle gear??

There are some country parks which have lakes near to where I live. I cycle there quite a lot in the hope I'll met someone clad in skintight lycra catsuit or similar. My wish is for us both to have a splash about in the water, get soaked and then wank him off so he cums in his outfit. This place is about 30 miles from west London.
