Missing Package

So I'm sorry if I'm crazy, but the last time I went to an advice column on this issue I got lambasted but the commenters. Please be kind. I ordred a Team Sky suit off eBay back in June, it was listed as delivered but after months of back and forth with many parties it was deemed as "delivered" by Canada Post even though it wasn't. Any help, I know it has been months but I'm anal, anxious, crazy, and out 200 bucks. Ian

ask for proof of postage, I had the same problem, it turned out royal mail didnt leave me a card and it got returned to seller i got no refund

I had that; Canada Post, Royal Mail, and eBay all said it was "delivered". But it wasn't. How did you know it was returned to sender?

Royal mail said they return after 28 days. Funny been tracking an item from china royal mail says at international shipping.china post say royal mail tried to deliver to weeks ago i just called royal mail waiting on them getting back
