Mstevens copycat?

I recently purchased mstevens tights over the winter and unfortunately found they changed their fabric. What was once an extremely stretchy and clingy spandex/nylon blend, now feels less stretchy and smooth on the skin. For those unfamiliar with mstevens, they are a legendary ballet costume company. They make a variety of products but have made mens ballet tights for literally generations.
I'm disappointed that they've changed fabrics. I'm curious if any one has any brands or companies that feel similar to what mstevens used to be. The tights were thick, but very elastic and silky to the touch. They clung to the body perfectly and had a bit of a sheen under brighter lighting.

Yes, I experienced the same with M Stevens. Used to be such great stretch dance wear and now not as much.
