Has anyone experience of how the sizing of these (or their male range) compares against their original full suits (which I think were female sizing) - I take a 3XL of those, but just wondering what their male equivalent would be?

get a sewing machine, Cut the legs to your desired length and hem them up... problem solved!

For anyone that ordered one of these, they arrived yet, what is the sizing like? I'd wear a Medium for western sizes, but my height and weight suggest I'd be XL !

not exactly.... the piping is different on both suits.... if you take a closer look at them.... also in the one you say is warm backwards the Legs are cut shorter.....
