NO PHOTO = NO CHATROOM

Since the cams are now public only, and the server has sped up dramatically because it's not being bogged down by private cams (thats what MSN is for) I think it should be a standard to have a photo to enter the cam-chat room!
Any feedback on this??

I disagree, some people are shy when it comes to this kind of thing, and would rather not upload a photo. It's possible that they're not out, they've got low self-esteem, it could be anything.

Well, when there's 30 guys in the chat room and people have their cam on public, with a bunch of people with no photo's sitting in the cam-chat perving. Don't think they should be allowed to perv when they have a empty profile and are not contributing to the Spandex-Party community.

HB, My original reaction was "Yes", but then I thought of my own experience here. It was only after I saw what the chat was like that I decided to put a pic on: partly after being encouraged by some of the regulars. So perhaps a time frame for a pic?
Also some without pics do cam.
If us shy folk cant see how nice you all are we may never put a pic on.

it innitially sounds like a good idea, but people are self consious and also they can just get a fake photo from the internet, so its a bit pointless

This would sound sensible if the people who would be shut out are people without pictures who never cam, but how is that to be measured? There are people without pics (such as me!!) who are willing to cam but don't want the permanent public exposure that photographs entail, and there are people with pictures who don't want to cam for the life of them, so what would happen to these members who fall in-between? Should they all be banned, too?
I realise I'm being polemical. :o)

But that's what I mean... if one can't keep a tab of who cams and who doesn't, then it's hard to tell who's been using the chat for camming, and people shouldn't be discriminated against just because they choose not to have a profile picture if they're contributing to the chat by camming.
But what do you mean I'm one of the people who "don't come for the life of them?" I've cammed quite a few times, so that shows I'm willing, doesn't it.
