Dear Spandex Party Admin..... I ordered an anon bulge king singlet from 4 hunks.... I never got it. I had to go to my bank and file a FRAUD Charge. I got my money back only after going to my bank to file a Fraud charge. I also checked out the google reviews there are other people on GOOGLE who have Reviewed 4 hunks berlin The reviews are not good. Others like me have also complained that they paid for items and never got them.

I'm aware of users that received their package. But I also received user reports that didn't receive their order. To me it looks like this company has delivery issues to fulfil orders. @4HunksBerlin, until you resolved the warehouse issues and unfulfilled orders I kindly ask you to refrain from posting any further sales on the forum. One of the reviews on google states that the telephone number in Berlin Germany is a Non working number. I ordered from them in Feb of 2022 after not getting my order after 3 months I asked them to Refund me on May 15th 2022.... He wrote back that they would refund me after June 23rd. That is over a month..... Why would you wait so long to refund someone when you know the order did not get delivered or go out? A refund does not take that long. you log on to your credit merchant account select refund it takes 24 to 72 hours tops to complete. Not 5 weeks. The longer someone waits or made to wait on a refund, is most banks only give a certain amount of time to file a fraud charge or consumer protection charge back. After a certain time a merchant can dispute the charge back and KEEP your money. That's the only reason I can think of as to why he wanted me to wait 5 weeks on the refund. After 5 more weeks from May 15th to June 23 id be screwed my time to file for a refund with my bank would have expired. That's a very shady way to do business. I went to my credit card company, which is my local bank, Filed a fraud charge. I got my money back.

Disgracful mate yeah 24-72hrs maybe a week at very most depending on your bank but 5 is a piss take

when I had a website Mens Fetish Gear dot com and I d sell rubber and spandex back 10 years ago, A refund only took 24 hours tops... I used paypal as my credit merchant. so I could log in to my pay pal and click refund. the refund would take not more than 24 hours. even those who paid with a discover card or amex card. or a bank debit card. regardless of what country they were in. 5 weeks Extra after 3 months. no.. Most banks will not allow you to file a refund or fraud charge back after 90 days. and a credit merchant can dispute the charge back if its after 90 days. so an extra 5 week after a 90 day period is a good way to rip off your customer....
