Problems with subscription

Does Spandex-admin ever read, let alone reply to emails sent??? I have sent two emails in the past few days about problems I am having with my subscription which despite having been paid through CCBill (after problems with having to change credit card number)has still not been registered. Consequently I am being treated as a non paying member despite having paid. WAKE UP Spandex Admin
