Road bike build help

Hey guys! I have a Fuji Roubaix (2007?) frame that I'd like to build out into my primary road bike. It was in bad condition when I bought it and I'd love to start cycling. I did some research a while back as to what kind of groupset, equipment/tools I needed but would love some help! I'd be down for gear recs too! :P Any guys interested in helping a dude out? Thanks!
