Roadmap Q3 2026

Hey everyone, I want to be a bit more transparent about what we're working on for Spandex Party this quarter. Over the past months, a lot of our time went into important operational work: getting the shop live, restoring credit card payments, and making sure the basics are running smoothly again. Because of that, there haven't been as many visible platform updates as we would have liked. The good news is: those things are now taken care of, and we can shift more focus back to improving the platform itself. We also recently ran a survey to better understand what you'd like to see next and where the biggest pain points are. There are many ideas and requests, and we won't be able to do everything at once - but we want to start working through them step by step. Most importantly, we want Spandex Party to feel less like a fixed platform and more like a community you're proud to be part of and can help shape. WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON IN Q3 2026 Website and platform This quarter, we're focusing on improvements that make the site easier, smoother, and more fun to use: - Replying directly to comments - Adding the ability to "like" a DM - Letting users set photos in DMs to expire - Making it easier to search by username - Revamping the categories page so it can be browsed by month - Working on an alpha version of the mobile app, with a first focus on messaging and profile discovery Offline and Shop We also want to keep growing Spandex Party beyond the website: - Continue building our offline presence, next stop Folsom Berlin - Launch 3–5 new styles in the Spandex Party Shop Ideas for later There are also some great ideas that probably won't make it into Q3, but are absolutely worth exploring later: - Travel mode - A marketplace Thank you to everyone who shared feedback, filled out the survey, or reached out with ideas.
