Testing Needed: New Chat Box in DMs 💬

Hey all, before I make a thorough release thread about the New Chat Box in DMs, I want to ask you if you could try it out. I'm going off to Brazil for a few days of holidays and I'll be joining friends in their wedding (one of the grooms is also on Spandex Party 😎). in DMs you now have - expandable chat box that grows if you write more - easier share photos and videos that you recently shared with others already - easier add photos from your photo gallery, without going through the upload process - you can also take a picture and upload it directly* *) currently only on iOS, only for photos, and the upload is only enabled for photos of up to 5MB a photo. videos will be enabled later. Please let me know if you hit any bugs or weird behaviour, so I can roll back quickly if needed.

That's a great update! I've used the chat a bit this morning - it looks great. I have not noticed any bugs for now. One thing I did notice, though, is that only some of the pictures that have already been uploaded can be included in a message. I could only include half of the pictures visible on my profile and none of the pictures set to "private." Is it supposed to be this way? (If so, then having some "private" pics doesn't make sense anymore, no?)

the 'last shared' pics includes just uploaded ones, as well as the ones shared from your profile. I think it makes sense to have a filter between 'private pics' and 'recently shared'. because not everyone has all their hot pics ready to go. and this way is better manageable imho.

Yeah I noticed I couldn’t see all my private pics in the recently shared options, so it would be good to reintroduce being able to share any pic, rather than just recent ones.  One slight bug I noticed - if you expand the ‘recently shared’ overlay, then navigate back to all messages, then go into the message again, it looks like the container persists, but without the recent pics in it (big blank space) but pretty minor. On safari - iOS 

I would like to be able to select any of my pictures both shared and in my private pictures to share with whoever I am chatting to in a private conversation , I maybe talking to them about a particular style or cockwear and I would like to be able to send them the appropriate picture

I updated the share window with 3 groups: - recently shared - private - public with this it's now much easier to go right to where and what you wanna share! for all the rest issues and bugs, I gathered and will go through them when I'm back from abroad. I hope you understand ❤️
