The Speedo Neighbor

I grew up in Chicago at a time when kids still played outside with other kids in the neighborhood. I am not that old, just 40, but it feels like ages ago. A majority of the families in my neighborhood worked for the city either as policemen, paramedics, or firefighters.
When I was a boy, I would hang out with another boy that lived a block over from me, his name was Billy. Him and I usually hung out at his house, since he had a lot of cool toys and his dad was pretty chill.
Shortly after I started hanging out with Billy, who I met at the neighborhood summer camp, I got to meet his dad, Bill, Sr. Bill was a handsome guy with olive skin, dark hair, somewhat muscular, but not too much. The day I met Billy’s dad, we were playing in the backyard. Bill came out in shorts and a t-shirt and introduced himself and told us to behave while he mowed the lawn. What happened next surprised me.
Bill pushed the lawn mower out from the garage and then took his shirt off to reveal his hairy chest. His shorts hung somewhat loose so I could see the start of something under his shorts. To my surprise, he then yanked his shorts down to reveal a tight black Speedo with some colored stripes above his huge bulge.
I could not stop looking. His bulge was bigger than any of the models on packages of underwear that you would see at the department store. It looked like he was hiding a big softball in there. His Speedo was stretched in the back as well, with the perfect meaty ass that is meant for a Speedo. I was mesmerized as I watched him mow the lawn without any shame in displaying his perfect body and bulge.
After he got done mowing the lawn he offered to make us lunch. So we headed to the kitchen where he made us sandwiches all while still wearing his Speedo. I remember my imagination starting to take shape. I wanted to feel his bulge, I imagined it would be smooth and squishy. After he made our sandwiches, we all sat at the table and ate. I remember him spreading his legs while he ate and noticing that his bulge looked even fuller now.
