Trying to delete messages

Trying to delete messages but they won't dissappear. Anyone else having this problem?

I tried it and it works, but it's a bit funky. Doing a delete on the message erases all of the content, but the message itself stays in the message stack on the left side of the screen. If you do a screen refresh, it disappears from the stack.
