UK Age Assurance (18+) requirement from 25th July 2025 onwards

Hi guys, a simple question. Many “porn” sites are introducing various types of age verification methods to comply with impending UK legislation. One site in particular has linked to YOTI which looks for passport or driving licence via an app. For some, ie me, that’s a step I can’t take. Others have requested that you log on through the browser using an “adult phone” and that’s been enough. I know that has personally worked for me. So the question is, what will spandexparty be requiring? If nothing I will be mightily pleased and breathe a sigh of relief. Love to know others’ views. LB xxx

If you find a problem then try using a europe vpn to access the site

Does that bypass the age verification? And would I need a new profile based in European country? Or would it be possible to log into my old UK based profile? Sorry for so many questions

You wouldn't need a new profile, you would just log into you normal one, how a vpn work is it will show you accessing the internet from another location which isn't yours, Like I live in France and I use a uk vpn to watch uk tv, in theory it probably would bypass the age verification as you wouldn't be accessing those sites in the UK but from retour on a europe server.
