Update on Image & Video Uploader

Hey yall, I've been working on improving the behind-the-scenes of the Image & Video Uploader.
Especially when dealing with videos and large files, this should now be more stable when uploading.
This is the first architectural change that is needed to get direct uploads in Direct Messages and attachments in the forum.
If you encounter issues please reply to this thread so we can group the issues and trouble shoot them more quickly!
