"Upload some content..." but how?

I log on, and the start page (Newsfeed) tells me "Upload some content." How about a clue to go with that suggestion? I checked my profile. "You are not allowed to have albums." Well, that's where I would *normally* put photos. What other kind of content would I be uploading, and where, if not there, would I do so? {baffled}

Hi there - Sorry that it's confusing and that message could do with a prompt to go to the My Photos & Videos page. This is reached from the menu on the top right where there is a picture of a man, then down to My Photos & Videos where you can upload some. Let me know if you can't see this! Thanks, SP Admin
