Uploading pics process

Was wondering if there has been any thought into updating / upgrading the uploading process (wow that's a lot of "ups") I love this site. I love that it exists. I love the changes made over the years and the cool features like the advent calendar and the ability to delete photos, older conversations and unwanted comments on photos. 💖 What I dislike is the picture uploading process. It's very tedious. I'd very much like to upload a picture from my computer to share with another and not have to name and categorize it. Maybe I don't necessarily want to save it to my profile-Just share a pic that is temporary. But of course when I do want to save it to my profile I am fine with naming and categorizing it. When I am in a private chat with someone and I have a selection of photos to share-the scrolling through a tiny thumbnail line of pics is difficult to see even on my computer. Wonder if this could be improved as well. Something like when choosing from that gallery a large grid pops up where I can see in higher detail what I'm choosing. Once I click the picture I want to share the grid tucks out of sight and I am back to the chat line. I've said it once and I want to say it again. I love this site! 💖💖💖 I remember the day it was reported the site was closing. I was sad because the same had happened to "spandexguys" (anyone know what happened to that site"? I am so glad you, Simon took it over and kept our community together! Thank you - sorry for the wall of text.

Here's my 2 cents on that: Maybe we can have some kind of albums... Those would be as complement to the categories we already have and we should choose whether we want them in the categories or in the album. Those albums can also be set entirely on private and would also allow for easier sharing - I have in mind that we don't neccessarily share all the pics from the album as they are, but instead the entire album as it is. Would make sharing that stuff also a lot easier and more convienient. That way the pics and videos on the profiles can also be organized and if an album fits a category, it can be assigned to that category and ALL (!) the pics/videos in it get the same category automatically. Wouldn't that be a very useful thing to have on here? Of course, once the cam chat has been reworked (if there will be a rework), it makes sharing those pics over there easier, too.
