www.dhya-shop.de not delivering?

hi guys! Mid June I ordered two zentais from www.dhya-shop.de. Total order value over EUR 200. Untill today I have not received my order, nor do they react on my e-mails or phone calls Has anybody the same experience? I must say they have always been a very good shop with very good gear!! I do have to say they took a LONG MOTHERFUCKING while to deliver my only suit that I ordered from them. I have enjoyed it A LOT, but they did take a long time. Try to contact them every now and them, be patient. Hopefully they are still in business.

if you order from a online place.... and they do not deliver after the time they quote you or allot for you ... and you order by Credit Card. Call your Credit card company tell them you wish to do a charge back.. you'll get your money back. I have had to do this with several online sites several years ago when trying to buy gear.
