Locked cams v open cams

Open cam, private cam,it's a matter of choice actually. And I think based upon an individual's level of shyness and exhibitionism. If it were me making the decision, I would opt for availablity of both as it IS a matter of personal choice. As it is now, I notice that cams are not open much anyway regardless when I enter the room.
