If you wear normally M you better take L, especially swimsuits are sometimes too tight to enjoy!

You can look at a woman's size chart and do a reasonable comparison to your own body. Pay more attention to upper body sizing. With swimsuits, the one thing that can be an issue is length. Women generally have longer legs and shorter torsos, where men are slightly reversed. So, if you are 6' tall or more, you may want to look for women's tall size or "long length" suits. For reference, I am 5'11" and 200-ish lbs. I can usually get away with a size 16 or XL in women's tops and swimsuits.

Consider that Amoresy and Leohex are sized for Chinese bodies so probably wouldn't map onto Western ladies sizes too well anyway. I like a anug fit, so I use the size chart and go by which ever size matches my chest/hip measurement. The waist will be too small but that's OK it stretches

My experience is a bit further down the chart, I'm 170 and 65kg and I bought two suits both in L. Pics in my profile - the black and white one fits perfectly and the other (blue, kind of marbled effect) is tight enough that I can get it on but have to be careful with the zip. I wouldn't swap either for a larger size though
